These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Palette Box's products and services, operating under the brand "CodeSafer", including its website (codesafer.org), the cleaner-code MCP server, and the AI analysis API (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
CodeSafer provides code security analysis tools that detect hidden malicious patterns in source code. The Service includes:
CodeSafer is a fully automated software product. All detection and analysis is performed entirely by automated static analysis rules and AI (machine learning) models. No human-driven or manually performed services are involved in any part of the analysis process. Customer support inquiries are handled separately and are not part of the product's analysis functionality.
Paid plans require a valid subscription managed through Paddle. Upon subscription, you will receive an API key for accessing premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Do not share your API key with unauthorized parties.

Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes as determined by Paddle.
All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 7 business days.

The Service, including its software, AI models, detection algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Palette Box and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to your plan.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our analysis will detect all security threats or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. CodeSafer is a supplementary security tool provided by Palette Box and should not be your sole means of code security review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palette Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated and access to premium features will cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
